Our Market Prediction amid COVID-19

What a weekend of continual development for our country. We wanted to take a minute to touch base and let you know a few thoughts that we’re having and we hope to bring some reassurance.

We are continually watching the market, taking learning opportunities from the past and working with you to get things set up for success in the near future.

This is our Market Prediction in a nutshell.  If you are currently in a Real Estate Transaction you may or may not experience a delay in closing but your transactions will close.  Buyer’s and Seller’s will most likely hit a pause button on new business until COVID-19 is under control.  Once COVID-19 is behind us we expect the market will resume and the buyers and sellers who hunkered down will be ready to hit the market hard.  We expect late spring and summer will be a busier time than we have seen in years.

• If you’re getting ready to buy, it’s hard to sit still with the low interest rates. However, your safety is our top priority. If there is something that you’d like to see, we are more than happy to meet with you and show it to you, if you are healthy and comfortable. We would also like to offer virtual tours, through one of the many different video platforms available.
• If you have been thinking about selling, but now either need to stay home or do not want people entering your home, we get it!   In order to be successful when this happens, we’d love to connect with you now to do a market analysis on your home so that when the market resumes, you’re ready to go and can beat the initial overflow of homes that will be hitting the market.
